The videos show mansions. The risks reach ordinary streets.
A cliff edge, a flood zone, an old sewer line, an insurer that won’t renew: none of them care what a house costs. Most are slow and local, so they stay out of the news until they hit. The same maps, signs and questions work on any house.
Floods, storm surge, sewer backup and groundwater that rises under the slab. Listings rarely mention them.
Slides, sinkholes, erosion and slow settling. They often start as a small crack or a door that sticks.
A standard homeowners policy excludes flood and earth movement, and sewer backup needs an add-on. Read yours this week.

Questions, answered
What do I get, and what does it work on?
Two PDF books: Is Your Home Next? (33 pages) and Ready to Go in 15 Minutes (30 pages). They open on any phone, tablet or computer with a free PDF reader. The maps they point to are websites, so you need an internet connection to use those.
Can I print it?
Yes. The pages are U.S. Letter size (8.5 × 11 inches) with easy-to-read type. Print a whole book, or just the scorecard, checklists, wallet cards and front-door sheet. A home printer works fine.
How and when do I get it?
Right after you pay. The download link appears on the confirmation screen and is also emailed to you with your receipt. Nothing is shipped, so there is nothing to wait for.
Does it work for my state?
Yes, for any U.S. address. Most of the tools are national (FEMA, NOAA, USGS and others). Where states keep their own maps, for example for landslides, sinkholes or wildfire zones, the book points you to them.
I rent, or I don’t own a mansion. Is it for me?
Yes. The videos are about expensive homes, but the risks are not. Water, moving ground and insurance gaps reach ordinary houses too. The 10 checks work for any address, and the go-bag guide fits any household.
Is this legal, insurance or engineering advice?
No. These are general-information guides, not legal, insurance, engineering or medical advice. A red result is a reason to ask a licensed professional, such as an engineer, an insurance agent or an attorney. The books say who to call and when.
Are the prices and links current?
Maps, figures, prices and links were checked in October 2026. Prices change often and websites move, so treat dollar figures as rough guides. Each tool’s name and web address is printed next to its QR code, so you can find it again if a link changes.
Is payment secure?
Payment goes through Lemon Squeezy, an online store service that handles payment, receipts and sales tax. You can pay by card or PayPal. Any sales tax is shown at checkout before you pay.
What if I want a refund?
These are digital downloads, so all sales are final. But if a file won’t open or download, email us at support@collapsestate.shop and we will fix it or refund you.
Who makes these books?
The Trophy Liability team makes them and runs this site, collapsestate.shop. We are not affiliated with FEMA, NOAA, USGS or any other government agency. Official tools are named only to show you where to look.
